Recreation in Dirt Cove

There is recreation in Dirt Cove.

The members of the 1999 Dirt Cove Recreation Committee are:

• Tinsel Brocklehust

The recreational facilities in Dirt Cove include the wharf, site of the weekly spitting contest, and the school. Dirt Cove Elementary was closed and technically abandoned in 1986, but the gymnasium is occasionally used for ball hockey (summer months only since the building is no longer heated).

Important Announcement
Ball Hockey at the school is cancelled until further notice as it appears the building has become infested by a pack of roaming, rabid wild dogs.
